Anna is a successful leader at senior executive level in government and not-for-profit sectors, with a background in strategic social policy, strategic planning & performance, program design, project management and community engagement. Anna has specialist knowledge of the environment of not for profit organisations and the health and community services sectors. She provides services in strategy, policy, planning & performance, partnerships and engagement, facilitation and coaching.
Gretchen Young is a futurist with specialist skills in assisting organisations to explore issues from diverse perspectives to enable them to be understood more fully; to discover different possible futures, and to plan actions to be taken in the present that support achievement of preferred futures. Gretchen has particular expertise in working with children and young people and, prior to establishing Young Futures, worked as a child health care professional and leader.
Katy O'Callaghan is a social researcher, evaluator, writer and social policy analyst. Her main areas of expertise are education and training policy and social inclusion, particularly issues affecting Indigenous people and people with disability. Prior to establishing Outpost Consulting in 2005, Katy worked in government research and policy roles at State and Commonwealth levels. She is a descendent of the Noonuccal people of North Stradbroke Island.
