Rachel is a critical thinker and sharp analyst with a passion for social justice.
She has worked in senior state government roles in social policy coordination and development, program design, implementation and evaluation, and regulatory reform.
Her responsibilities have included policy coordination roles in the Queensland Department of the Premier and Cabinet and the Department of Communities.
As a consultant, she has worked for government, industry and not-for-profit sector clients.
Her services include review and evaluation, strategy development, facilitation and planning as well as drafting assistance with reports or submissions.
In conjunction with Anna Moynihan Consulting, Rachel and Anna have designed a practical and lively workshop series 'Mastering the Craft of Advising Government' which is continuing its popular run in various government departments in 2019.
